Who is elegible for ORR funded programs?

The following links to the state letter contain the codes of all legal statuses to help ORR grantees verify if your clients qualify for ORR funded programs.

• For refugees, asylees, Cuban/Haitian Entrants, LPRs who have held one of those statuses in the past, all of these codes are listed in attached document, which was published in 2000 and is still valid and accurate.
• Iraqi and Afghan Special Immigrants will present I-551s (green cards) with the code SI or SQ followed by a number.  
• Trafficking Victims will present a Certification Letter (or Eligibility Letter if under 18 years of age) issued by ORR Anti-Trafficking Division.
